“We consider it a great privilege to celebrate the ’62 Breadvan through this Hommage commission,” says Niels van Roij. “Translating the essence of the legendary car into a contemporary design was a complex task. We aimed to be inspired by the original while allowing ourselves creative freedom. The Breadvan Hommage is a new original.”

Alcantara carbon fiber-backed seats

The custom-built car features a bespoke interior with blue Alcantara carbon fiber-backed seats embroidered with the car’s exterior outline. Additional details include silver inlays on the seven dials, milled aluminum switchgear, and a gated manual gearbox reminiscent of classic racing cars.

The original “Breadvan” boasted cutting-edge components for its time, making it a formidable contender on the track. This homage incorporates modernized KONI suspension, featuring a unique set of shock absorbers designed specifically for this car.
