The Heritage Customs focus is on aesthetics, offering Carchitecture as a service. Through Heritage Customs customers can create their own legacy.
A Heritage Customs Defender is the ultimate expression of each individual client. Whatever it is that inspires them, the Heritage Customs team will integrate their wishes in a vehicle that will reflect their ideas and taste, whether it is a subtle detail or a grander gesture.

UNIQUE LAND ROVER DEFENDERS
“We celebrate both the Defender and the owner through each commission.” Says car designer and co-founder of Heritage Customs Niels van Roij. “In a co-design process with the patron, we shape exterior and interior. We process materials, such as aluminium, leathers, denims, teak woods and copper. We have for instance been commissioned to design an interior symbolising a Caribbean island where one of our clients met each other and have colour matched paints of another Valiance to the classic Defender a different owner has in his collection.

If desired, each Valiance can have striking materials and colour schemes for both interior and exterior. Everything is possible: from etched aluminium dashboard trim and colour-matched leathers in special patterns, to aluminium boot lid inserts and full leather door cards.

As is the case with all Heritage Customs projects, each Valiance starts out with sketches. After conversations at the homes of the future owners, the team together selects the most appropriate ideas, materials, colours and sketches to be developed into bespoke carchitecture pieces, all in close collaboration with the patrons.

The Valiance is the Heritage Customs concept for a more heroic version of the Defender. And a Heritage Customs Valiance is the ultimate expression of you.
The Valiance Convertible is a one-of-one limited edition coachbuilt motorcar, especially commissioned for every customer.
It is made exclusively as an open top vehicle, based on the 90 body style and available in every colour scheme, carefully curated by Heritage Customs. The new Valiance Convertible features bespoke wheels, special paints and unique exterior details.
